Left with 300 zł a month from your rental?
Keep more of every Kraków night.
Kraków managers usually take 15–22% and send their own cleaning crew. We take 4.95% + VAT. You pay your own cleaner directly, at the rate you agree, and we add nothing. There's no setup fee, and our first bill comes after guests have stayed.
On 120,000 zł of bookings a year, before VAT
18,000 zła Kraków manager at 15%
5,940 złResipilot at 4.95%
You pay for cleaning either way: a manager takes it out of your revenue, and with us you pay your cleaner. Airbnb and Booking.com fees and supplies are yours.
Your fee savings
The same booking revenue for 12 months, both fees before VAT and on the whole amount. 15% is the low end of what Kraków managers charge. Cleaning, repairs and other costs are left out. You can change the comparison fee.
Every clean checked before the guest arrives.
When your cleaner finishes, they walk the flat with our app, filming the beds, the kitchen, the bathroom and every room. Anything not ready, they fix there and then. If nobody takes a clean, we ask you who's covering, long before check-in.
We start once you have your own cleaner and handyman.

Faults get fixed, not hushed up.
A guest who finds a leak at 2am messages us and shows us on video. Within your repair limit, we send your handyman without asking you. Above it, you get the photo and the price, and you decide. Every fault shows in your app.

Guests' money goes straight to you.
Guests pay into your own Airbnb and Booking.com accounts, so there's no waiting for a manager to pass the money on. We price every night. You can set a lowest and highest price, or keep any dates for yourself.

See what's happening without chasing anyone.
Your app shows every booking, clean, repair and cost as it happens, to the złoty. When you want to talk, tap Get live help for a call with one of our team, who sees your screen.

Know what Kraków asks of your flat.
Today your flat must be on the city's register before the first guest, with its number in every listing, and the city checks listings. You file the application; we tell you what it needs and chase it until it's in.
The city register (ewidencja). Required today, before your first guest. The WT-1 application asks for a PESEL number and an opinion from Sanepid, the health inspectorate. File it through ePUAP, by post or at ul. Bracka 10. The city decides within 7 days and publishes the entry on eKON. Hosting without it is a petty offence.
What we doYou file it. We tell you what it needs and chase it until the entry is in.
The number in every listing. Kraków has required it for several years, and the city checks listings for registration.
What we doWe run your listings, so we add the number to each one.
The new short-let act. Passed by the Sejm on 8 October 2026. The Senate and the President come next, and it applies 14 days after publication. It sets out a CWTON register number in every listing, and house rules filed within 4 months that name a contact person and set 8 hours of quiet between 20:00 and 8:00. Neighbours will be able to trigger inspections, 3 breaches in 6 months takes a flat off the register for a year, and fines reach 50,000 zł.
What we doWhen it's in force, we tell you what to do, add the new number to every listing and chase the house rules.
Zones in the Old Town and Kazimierz. None today. From 1 January 2028 the council can set zones where short lets are excluded, with exceptions, and a zone takes effect at least 6 months after the resolution is published. City hall wants zones.
What we doWe can't shield you from a zone. You can leave on 7 days' notice, with no penalty.
Your building's owners (wspólnota). Today they can't ban short lets. From 1 January 2028 they can, by resolution, and you then have 6 months to stop.
What we doWe can't shield you from that vote. We chase permission to let where your bank or housing cooperative requires it.
Tourist tax. None in Kraków today. From 1 January 2027 any municipality may charge up to 5 zł a night, collected by the host, who keeps a register. Kraków's council decides.
What we doNothing to collect today. If the council brings it in, it stays with you for now, and your app shows who's arriving and when.
A summary, not legal advice. As of 17 October 2026.
The honest answers, before you sign.
Who lets the guest in at 2am? You've no one in Kraków.
When someone's needed at the flat, your own handyman or cleaner, and we send them. We're on call round the clock, and a guest with a problem shows us on video from their phone. On a tricky repair, we guide your handyman over video. We have no team of our own in Kraków. Our own teams run flats in Warsaw and Athens, where guests rate us 4.9 on Airbnb, and the same team runs yours.
You've no reviews in Kraków. Why should I take the risk?
That's true: we have no reviews or track record in Kraków yet. So the trial is on us. If you stop within 90 days of the first booking we handle, we refund every management fee we took in that time. And you can always leave on 7 days' notice, with no penalty.
What if the city zones the Old Town or Kazimierz in 2028?
It might, and we can't promise it won't. Zones become possible from 1 January 2028, after a consultation and a council vote, and take effect at least 6 months after the resolution is published. We can't shield you from one. There's no six-month contract with us: 7 days' notice, no penalty.
I don't have a cleaner or a handyman. Can you find them?
No. You need both before we start: your cleaner turns the flat round between guests, and your handyman is who we send when something breaks. You pay them directly, at the rate you agree, and we book and check their work. So cleaning costs what your cleaner charges, and we add nothing.
My listing is on my manager's account. What happens to the reviews?
If the listing is on your own Airbnb or Booking.com account, we take over running it there, and the listing, its reviews and the payouts stay yours. If it's on your manager's account, we can't promise the reviews come with you. We write you a new listing on your own account.
4.95%? What's the catch?
We charge less because your own people do the work at the flat, and you pay them directly. For 4.95% we write and run the listing, price every night, answer guests day and night in their language, handle reviews and guest ID checks, book and check every clean and repair, chase the paperwork, and give you the owner app. With 23% VAT, that's 6.09% of booking revenue. If you're VAT-registered in Poland, you can deduct it. Airbnb and Booking.com fees and supplies are yours.
Can I do all of this in English?
Yes. We talk with you in English or Polish, your owner app comes in English or Polish, and we answer your guests in their own language.
We run your Kraków flat. The profit's yours.
Your guests are looked after and the payouts land with you. Stop within 90 days of your first booking and you get our fees back, and you can always leave on 7 days' notice.
