When we looked for a manager for our own properties, the fees felt too high, the contracts too rigid, and the care fell short of what we expected.
We built Resipilot to offer the care we wanted, with a clear fee and work owners can see. We use the same service for our own homes today.
Our goal is to earn the right to be the home of investment property and second homes. That means managing what you own, arranging financing and eventually buying and selling here. We start by running your rental well, earning your trust with each service before asking you to use the next.

What do I still need to do?
We agree your rental preferences and instructions at the start, then manage the daily work, including pricing. You can leave prices with us or step in when you want a change. You provide the necessary property information and documents, and review decisions that need your approval. Cleaning photos and accounts are there whenever you want to check them.
Can I switch from my current manager?
We can review a handover with you. Bring your current agreement and details of existing bookings or tenancy. We work through access, listings and property records before agreeing a start date. Timing depends on your current arrangements.
What is included in the 8% fee?
We handle listings, pricing, guest communication, cleaning and repair coordination, and accounts. Our fee is 8% of gross rental revenue, net of VAT. Setup is included and the management fee starts at zero. Cleaning, repairs, supplies and booking-platform fees are paid separately.
Is my property suitable, and am I committing?
We discuss short stays, monthly lets and long-term rentals based on the property and your preferences. You do not need an existing listing or cleaner. The earnings estimate is free and does not commit you to management.
What happens if I want to leave?
You can ask to end management at any time. We review the handover and any existing bookings or tenancy with you. Your service agreement sets out how those commitments and the final accounts are handled.

Do I have to use your cleaners?
