Before you get started
A few things you may be wondering.
How can you offer full management for 8%?
Software coordinates recurring work such as pricing, guest messages and cleaning schedules. Local people handle the work at your property. The 8% fee covers management; cleaning, repairs, supplies and booking-platform fees are separate property costs.
Can I switch from my current manager?
We can review a handover with you. Bring your current agreement and details of existing bookings or tenancy. We work through access, listings and property records before agreeing a start date. Timing depends on your current arrangements.
What is included in the 8% fee?
Listings, pricing, guest communication, cleaning and repair coordination, the owner portal and accounts. Cleaning, repairs, supplies and booking-platform fees are paid separately. We agree any property-specific preparation or protection costs before starting; your service quote sets out the fee basis and applicable taxes.
Is my property suitable, and am I committing?
We discuss short stays, monthly lets and long-term rentals based on the property and your preferences. You do not need an existing listing or cleaner. The earnings estimate is free and does not commit you to management.
