Questions owners ask

Before you add a property.

No. You invite your own cleaner and they get every turnover first. Our crew only steps in if you ask, or if your cleaner can't make a date and you approve the cost.

By text message, in their language. Each clean carries the checkout time, the next check-in and the door code. They finish by sending photos, which you see in your portal.

You do, exactly as today. We schedule the work. We don't get between you and your people.

No. The listing stays in your account. Resipilot joins as a co-host, which is how Airbnb intends listings to be shared. Leave, and the listing continues as before.

Airbnb and Booking.com keep paying you exactly as they do now. Our fee is billed monthly, and every line of it is in your portal.

Guests message us, not you. Lockouts, Wi-Fi, heating: most are solved in the chat. Anything that needs hands goes to your handyman, or ours, with the cost shown to you first.

Warsaw, Kraków and Gdańsk today. Elsewhere in Poland, add your address and we'll call before anything happens.

Any time, with no exit fee. Remove us as co-host and everything is as it was.
