Yes. The property stays in your name. You set all parameters (pricing floors, minimum stays, house rules, approved contractors) and can pause, switch strategies, or withdraw at any time. Entity of Record makes us the registered operator for licensing and tax, but the underlying asset is always yours.
Your data is exportable at any time. There's no long-term contract and no exit fee. Bookings already on the calendar are honoured to completion; from that point on, you can transfer back to self-management or another provider without penalty.
Yes. You can onboard a single property and keep the rest of your portfolio elsewhere. Each property is configured independently: different strategy, different add-ons, different payouts.
Your core Orchestration fee is zero. The 8% is percentage-based on collected revenue, so empty months cost you nothing on that side. Flat-rate add-ons (like Entity of Record at €79/mo) remain active.
